StudyTeam® for Sites Browser Support & Display Policy

1.  Purpose

This policy defines the supported browser and display configurations for the StudyTeam for Sites web application. The purpose of this policy is to ensure the highest level of security, data density, and performance, within validated environments.

2. Supported Browser Environments (Desktop Only)

StudyTeam for Sites is designed, optimized and validated for use in professional desktop environments only.

2.1 Officially Supported Browsers

We support the current stable release and the immediate predecessor of the following desktop browsers.

• Google Chrome
• Microsoft Edge

Use of any other browser version outside of this specified list is not tested and may result in an unstable experience.

2.2 Mobile Device Notice

We do not officially support mobile devices, including smartphones, iPads, or other tablets. While StudyTeam for Sites may be accessible via mobile browsers, we do not provide technical support or visual guarantees for these platforms.

3. Supported Display Configuration

To ensure maximum data clarity and user productivity, StudyTeam for Sites is purpose-built for desktop environments. We verify and support browser on viewports with a minimum screen width of 1150px, without any loss of content or functionality.

Use below the minimum viewpoint width may result in rendering inconsistencies or loss of functionality.

4. Unsupported Environments

Accessing StudyTeam for Sites from unsupported browsers, browser versions, operating systems, devices or display configurations may result in:

• Layout displacement or overlapping elements.
• Reduced functionality of interactive charts and data grids.
• Inability to access secure authenticated areas.

5. Policy Review and Updates

This policy is reviewed periodically to align with browser vendor release cycles, security requirements, and product roadmap considerations. Supported browser versions may be updated as part of routine maintenance or security governance processes.
